Listen Up, Kegel Exercises For Men Are Real.

It’s no secret that Kegels have been marketed towards women for decades, promising improved sexual performance and increased satisfaction for everyone involved. But what if we told you that kegel exercises for men are real, and can work out your pelvis all the way to new sexual heights?

Kegel Exercises For Men: The Benefits:

Hopefully, you’re excited at the prospect of working out and performing better in bed.

Not only can kegel exercises help you increase how well you control the aim of your hip-firing soldier, but it can also be used to turn the tide of battle against erectile dysfunction and allow you to once again rise to the occasion.

Perhaps your hidden best friend gets a bit too excited and spoils the surprise shower by making it rain too early?

Kegels can help these premature ejaculations as well, letting you ride out the entire sex scene you’re creating with no spoilers about the end.

Kegels For Men: Sneaky Life Savers?

The exercises referred to as Kegels focus a workout on the muscles that make up the floor of the pelvis.

Yes, it’s an actual floor made up of muscle layers in the bottom of your torso that help support your internal organs’ lowest position.

Imagine it like the floor in your home. If you have a weak floor on your second story, it will start to deteriorate if not maintained over time, leading to weaker performance.

The official name of these muscles is pubococcygeal, having some recognizable chunks such as “pub” for your pubic region and “coccy-” that you may have heard when talking about your tailbone or “coccyx.”

The nomenclature being arranged like this explains that the floor stretches from front to back, tailbone to the pubic region.

If you don’t keep this layer of muscles strong and healthy, you can start running into increased occurrences of premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction.

Even outside of the bedroom, a neglected pelvic floor can lead to issues using the restroom in either sense of the word.

How does your pelvic floor cause these issues?

It does so by improperly supporting the openings in the floor that your anus and urethra travel through.

Any constrictions or kinked hoses caused by a shifted floor will make even the regular pee break take substantially longer, a concern for older men as this is a shared symptom with prostate issues and could cause red flags.

Exercising Your Pelvic Floor

Kegel exercises don’t have classes at your local gym, nor can you truly find videos showcasing the techniques involved.

The fact that the pelvic floor is an internal set of muscles makes demonstrations nearly impossible to provide.

Learning how to get your Kegel burn on properly takes more feeling than form.

Now don’t worry. You won’t have to sacrifice any gains at the gym to fit Kegels into your already packed schedule.

You can do these exercises from the safety of your own pants – or home if you prefer full privacy.

Remember, the pelvic floor only has two openings for us guys, one for the anus and one for the urethra.

Now think about what these two internal avenues are used for in your day-to-day trips to the restroom or passing gas.

You Truly Are in Control

The first step to figuring out how to start Kegels is to think back to the last time you had to either hold in your body’s natural exhaust or let it out slowly to avoid suspicion.

At that moment, the muscles you used make up the pelvic floor contracting to pinch your internal tubing before relaxing to let traffic resume its normal flow.

The act of tightening and relaxing these muscles are, you guessed it, Kegels!

Starting out, you’ll want to try to tighten, hold for a few seconds, then slowly relax for every repetition of the exercise.

If you’re socially conscious about passing gas in public, then you may immediately feel that you’re able to tighten only your pelvic floor, leaving your thighs and lower back completely out of the equation.

It’s really as simple as that.

The only improvement to focus on is making sure that you aren’t holding your breath during the exercise and doing it while sitting, standing, or lying down.

Allowing yourself to get your pelvic floor workout at any time means more efficiency during the day to lead to more productive nights.

Pelvic or Penis Problems Still Plaguing You?

It may be time to reach out to your doctor and set up an appointment to discuss the matter.

Don’t be ashamed. Even with as high of a pedestal we put our penises on, they are still just a part of our body that needs to be taken care of and supported.

While Kegels help alleviate these issues, some men struggle to pin down the exact area they should exercise.

In scenarios where pelvic floor exercise is the primary treatment option, doctors can assist in learning the technique by utilizing a small probe inserted into your rectum that acts as a pressure gauge to show you where your efforts are falling.

At the end of the day, properly done Kegels will result in a painless and discreet improvement to your sex and personal life by keeping everything in that department running smoothly without interruption from upper management.

Start flexing that floor today, and before you know it, you’ll have more mastery over your body than you ever thought possible.
