In short, jelqing (pronounced jel-king) is a hands-on approach to penis enhancement — literally. All you need to perform this exercise is your hands (and our specially formulated Max Out serum for maximum results, fast — but we’ll get to that later).
Think of jelqing as “milking” the penis. Repetitive downward squeezes, starting at the base of the penis and stopping just below the glans, “exercise” your semi-erect penile tissue for impressive gains in size and erectile performance over time. Men the world over have relied on this little-known all-natural male enhancement technique for centuries to achieve massive gains with zero drugs or side effects.
Does Jelqing Actually Work?
Milking your way to a massive manhood might sound udderly ridiculous, but there are countless testimonials from jelqing enthusiasts that will tell you otherwise. We’ve surveyed hundreds of them across the globe, and a majority of respondents reported that jelqing helped them enhance both their penis size and their libido.
Combine jelqing with the potent power of a solid Hydropump routine, and your gains will be off the charts. At the same time, trying to rush your results by doing too much, too soon can backfire — or worse, set you back with an injury. To avoid overtraining, start small and take rest days in between sessions. As soon as you start seeing measurable gains, you’ll know it’s time to gradually increase the frequency and intensity of your workouts.
Why Max Out?
You’ll get the best results from your jelqing routine when you keep it up every day. That said, giving your penis a dry rub on a regular basis can be a pain, in more ways than one.
That’s where Max Out comes in to smooth things over for you. This exclusive serum is the only lubricant on the market specifically formulated to make jelqing more enjoyable. Made with naturally sourced, dermatologically-tested ingredients, it also works in perfect harmony with our Hydropumps for unparalleled gains in erection strength, libido and sex life.
A premium blend of collagen to improve skin elasticity, Butea Superba for a natural herbal libido boost and ginseng to perk up your bedroom performance, join forces to give you unparalleled results from your routine. The formulation is also alcohol-free, biodegradable and perfectly safe to use on even the most sensitive skin.
But Max Out doesn’t just enhance your jelqing experience — it also reduces sensitivity to stave off ejaculation so you can stay the course from start to finish. (Although the motions involved in jelqing look a lot like wanking, the aim is not to come.)
How to Jelq: Six Steps to Success
Thinking of squeezing jelqing into your Bathmate routine? Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to get you started.
1. Warm up.
Anyone who’s ever worked out knows the importance of warming up to avoid strain and injury — and jelqing is no different. Before performing this manhood-expanding exercise, you’ll need to (quite literally) warm up your penis in preparation. Whether you use a heating pad or warm washcloth is up to you, but don’t skip this step.
2. Lube up.
Once your todger is nice and toasty, it’s time to slip it into something more comfortable — namely, a generous rub of our exclusive Max Out serum.
3. Get it up.
This next step shouldn’t be too hard: make sure your penis is at half-mast to three-quarters erect. You’ll want to avoid a full-on rager here, or else it will be too engorged to garner any benefits from jelqing.
4. Grip it good.
Make an OK sign by wrapping just your thumb and forefinger around the base of your semi-erect penis, as close to the pubic bone as possible.
5. Get jelqing.
Make the “O” shape you’ve created with your thumb and forefinger smaller until it’s slightly snug. Then, slide it down the length of your lubed penis, stopping right before you reach the glans (tip). One jelq stroke should last roughly three seconds.
Switch hands, repeat the same stroke, then switch back again. Continue these alternating three-second reps 100 times for a total of about five minutes per day. (It’s that simple!)
Once you’ve mastered the basics and are starting to see massive results, here are a few top tips to give your routine a jumpstart for even greater gains:
Switch up your grip. Don’t just alternate from hand to hand — you can also switch your OK grip from palm-up to palm-down between jelq strokes.
Give it the “V”. With your palm facing upward, make a “V” sign with your index and middle finger to put equal pressure on both sides of your penis as you jelq.
Go against the curve. Unhappy with the angle of your dangle? The “Side Jelq” can potentially correct a curved penis over time, though results will vary from person to person.
Timing is everything. After a few weeks of strengthening your shaft with standard three-second strokes, you can start working your way up to five seconds, then 10 seconds and so on.
