Here is small review on using the hydomax 7 for a few weeks. Through thorough testing and using every day for the recommended time frame, i can definitely give some tips on how to properly use it. I would also like bathmate to use this review as a blog post if they would like and I am completely fine with that. This review can be for shower, or bath use, and applies to any pump. I personally started with the Hydomax 7.
1. Time :The number one thing to remember, is time. As anyone would say, this product is meant to be used over a period of time for honest gains in both width and girth. It’s simply like the gym. If you only go to the gym once a week or twice a week, your “gains” will either be incredibly slow, or almost non existent. Like working out muscles, they need time to be damaged, heal, and then to expand to greater sizes. The pumps are exactly like that for your penis. Continued use will give the absolute best results, so STICK WITH IT.
2. Before you put the pump on: A tip from using the pump, is not to place it over your penis with you are fully soft. Like jelqing, massage your penis for a little bit and get to about 1/3 of an erection. If you use the pump at fully soft, it may create discomfort since the vacuum create a really good amount of pressure. By being at least 1/3 and even up to 1/2, it allows you to stick your penis into the pump, and really fill it up the blood from the suction. Doing it at fully soft, while it wont necessarily hurt gains, wont be the MOST EFFECTIVE way to do it.
3. An erection, but not really: After about 2-3 pumps, most users will achieve maximum pressure with the pump, and it will look and seemingly feel like you have an erection. THIS IS GOOD! You have to remember that you actually DON’T have an erection, it’s just THE PRESSURE of the vacuum filling up your penis with blood and STRETCHING IT OUT. That is the goal and what the pump is designed to do. Hence when you take it off or release the vacuum, your penis hangs lower and you are actually not hard.
4. The fading pump: After three 5 minutes cycles, you will absolutely be able to tell that your penis will appear to be thicker and longer a bit because of the stretching and blood filling it up throughout the cycles. After a period of time, that pump will fade. THAT IS NORMAL. That is is exactly what is suppose to happen. Think about when you go to the gym. When you work out your muscles, you get a “pump”. Your muscles fill up with blood and appear larger, thicker, and more vascular. When you are done with the gym, and after a period of time, that pump that you had, disappears. Does that mean nothing happened or you didn’t make any gains? Absolutely not. The pump will always fade, but continued use of working out, or using the pumps, will constantly stretch out and build your muscles or your penis. It’s really simple.
5. Constant use: Like going to the gym, using the pumps are a workout for your penis. You will NOT gain permanent or immediate gains that show amazing results after one day at the gym. The same applies for the pumps. However, like the gym, you WILL HAVE a nice pump after using the pump (just like a gym workout), and you WILL SEE results if used everyday.
6. Don’t GIVE UP: The best to look at the pumps, is just a workout like the gym. DO NOT get discouraged, do not give up, and do not think that nothing is working. Every use, every session, and every pump is building your penis to be bigger, stronger, and healthier. JUST LIKE THE GYM. MANY PEOPLE see actual results as early as week one. I started seeing results at about 8 days. When you see the results, it motivates you to keep on going and it feels amazing. 7. My gains and routine: I started with 5.5 in length and 1.5 in girth (straight across). After 6 weeks, i was at 7.1 inches in length, and about 1.75 in girth (across). I didn’t start to see permanent gains until about 8 days, but when i barely noticed them, it motivated me to constantly do it. After time i used the hydromax, week after week, the pump was longer and longer and it was just fun to use. It was really motivating and Im super satisfied with the results. It just worked.
My routine was:
1. Warm up in shower for about 2 minutes.
2. Massage the penis so i was about 1/3 of an erection.
3. Used the pump for 5 minutes.
4. Massage the penis for about a minute or two (basically can be done while refilling the pump with water for another cycle)
5. Repeat for another 2 cycles.
6. 7 days a week.
That’s it!! The biggest points you can take from this, are to remember that it takes time to grow, that fading pumps are normal, and that you stick to it. It WILL work and you WILL see permanent results, I promise!
